- Subscription Services: All subscription-based services, whether billed on a recurring or non-recurring basis, are strictly non-refundable.
- One-Time Transactions: All individual purchases, including but not limited to software licenses, digital add-ons, and other electronic products, are non-refundable.
Exceptions
HRTion acknowledges that exceptional circumstances may arise. While our standard policy maintains that all sales are final, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions may be considered under the following specific conditions:
- Unresolved Technical Issues: Should you encounter significant technical malfunctions that HRTion is unable to rectify within a reasonable timeframe, we may, at our discretion, consider a partial or full refund.
- Prolonged Portal Inaccessibility: In the event that the HRTion platform experiences substantial downtime that significantly impairs your ability to utilize our services, a partial or full refund may be considered.
2. Subscription Renewal
Our subscription services are designed for continuous convenience, eliminating the need for manual monthly or annual renewals. Your service remains active until you formally request a cancellation, which may be initiated at any time by contacting us via email at support@HRTion.com. Prior to the automatic renewal of your subscription, you will receive a notification email containing a cost estimate for the upcoming term, which will be applied to your registered credit card. Following each successful renewal, a formal receipt will be issued, confirming the transaction amount and the subsequent renewal date.
3. Failures or Duplication of Payments
In the event of duplicate transactions or technical payment errors, any excess funds will be remitted following a formal verification process. Please be advised of the following 2026 refund protocols:
- Original Payment Method: Approved refunds shall be processed exclusively to the original mode of payment used during the initial transaction.
- Processing Timelines: The standard processing period typically spans 7 to 14 business days, subject to the specific processing times of the involved financial institutions.
4. Promotional and Free Offers
Promotional pricing, discounts, or trial offers are not applicable for any refund.
5. Termination of Services
Your services can be terminated due to non-cooperation, breach of agreement, misuse of product and services, or non-payment. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
6. Force Majeure
Refunds are not applicable for delays or service non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such Force Majeure events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, governmental actions, public health crises, infrastructure disruptions, and regulatory or legal changes.
